Karino architecture office was founded and launched in 2012 by an architect couple with artistic taste and talent, and during these years, it has designed and built various projects on various scales. Today, Karino architecture office brings together a group of designers, engineers and creative experts and provides various services in the field of construction industry, which covers from the consultation phase of land purchase to the sales and marketing phase. We are deeply in love with architecture and We believe that through architecture we can enter the process of intervention and positive change in people’s lives. We believe that architecture is more about people than anything else. Our employers are looking to change their lives and welcome challenges to achieve their goals and dreams.

We believe that there is a fundamental difference between architecture and construction
In the most optimistic view, only about three percent of projects in Iran are designed by architects, and the rest, i.e. 97 percent, are done by contractors, service offices, and material dealers.
These centers followed a model of “construction” that is based on minimizing costs, eliminating all possible risks, and routine economic productivity through the sale of materials. Architecture in this form of projects is not the main issue and does not add value to the building and is reduced to the choice of material. Materials that are fashionable and at the time of construction, a symbol and a sign of the modernity of a building, become a kind of expiration stamp after a decade.
Meanwhile, “architecture” is looking for new and unexperienced suggestions for living and organizing space. Architecture is more about imagination than about building, material, etc. By interfering with today’s assumptions, architecture imagines a different future for us so that we can experience a new life through it.
